Carefully selected, not simply sourced

Someone is trusting an interpreter with their voice. We recruit like that matters, because it does.

  1. Tell us what you need

Employers share the languages, setting and timeframe. Interpreters share their language pairs, experience and availability.

  2. We screen carefully

We look for the qualities the work actually demands — experience, professionalism, skill, empathy and dedication.

  3. We match with intent

Not the nearest person available. The right person for that assignment, that sector, that language.

  4. We stay with it

A working relationship, not a hand-off. We stay reachable for both sides of the placement.

We Know What Good Language Access Looks Like

Novera was built from experience in the field. Our founder began as an interpreter, working in hospitals, classrooms, and offices — seeing firsthand how much the right language professional can change a conversation.

Built on Experience

We understand the responsibility behind the work because we have been in the room. That experience shapes how we select, support, and work with language professionals.

Quality Over Quantity

We don’t believe in filling a request with whoever is available. We focus on finding the right professional for the language, setting, assignment, and people involved.

Truly Global

Language access shouldn’t stop at borders. Our network spans the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Africa, and beyond, supporting organizations wherever language professionals are needed.

Spoken & Signed

Language access includes everyone. We support 350+ spoken and signed languages, including ASL and BSL, because signed languages deserve the same attention, professionalism, and access as spoken languages.

Before you get in touch

What do I need to join the network?

Tell us your language pairs, the settings you work in and your availability. We will come back to you about fit and next steps.

Do you work with sign language interpreters?

Yes. ASL, BSL and other signed languages sit alongside spoken languages in everything we recruit for.

Is the work on-site or remote?

Both. Assignments span over-the-phone (OPI), video remote (VRI) and in-person work, depending on the setting.

I’m an organization — what can you cover?

Recruitment of language professionals, flexible staffing for ongoing or specialized needs, and vendor partnerships where you need capacity behind you.
