Not just words, meaning
Our founder started as an interpreter — in hospitals, classrooms, offices and communities. You are not simply moving words from one language to another. You are sitting beside someone when they are scared, overwhelmed, or hopeful, and helping carry what they mean to the other side.
An interpreter can help a patient understand what is happening to them. Help a parent be heard. Help a student take part. Help someone feel they are not alone in a conversation that matters.

You carry their words. You carry their meaning. And sometimes, you carry their emotions. That responsibility is something we never take lightly.
From one voice to many
Through that work, our founder saw an opportunity. So many talented interpreters and language professionals have the ability, passion and heart to do this work — but finding the right opportunities is not always easy.
So our founder moved into recruitment. Not because the passion for interpreting disappeared — because it grew. The goal got bigger: help more talented people enter the field and find meaningful work, while helping organizations find professionals they can truly trust.
