Novera Languages ("we", "us", "our") is a language services and global recruitment company, and the data controller for the recruitment information described here. 2. The information we collect

When you apply through our interpreter form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the languages you work in, your years of experience, and your current country. If you send us further information — for example a CV, certifications, or references at a later stage — we will hold that too. We ask you not to send sensitive personal information through the website form; if a role requires it, we will explain what is needed and how it will be handled.

3. How we use it, and our legal basis

We use your information to:

• Consider you for opportunities with the organizations we recruit for;
• Contact you about assignments, roles, and your suitability for them;
• Build and maintain our network of language professionals;
• Keep records for our legitimate business and legal obligations.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interests in operating a recruitment business and matching professionals to opportunities. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 7).

4. Who we share it with

Recruitment involves introducing you to potential clients. We share your details only where it serves your application:

• Client organizations — where there is a genuine opportunity that fits your profile, we may share relevant details with the organization concerned so they can consider you. We only share what is necessary.
• Web3Forms — your application form reaches our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-submission service.
• Our email and hosting providers — used to receive your application and host this website.

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. International transfers

We recruit for organizations across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Africa, and worldwide. Your information may therefore be transferred and processed in other countries. Where transfers involve data protected by the UK or EU GDPR, we take steps to ensure it remains appropriately protected.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your application in our talent network so we can consider you for future opportunities, for as long as that remains relevant, and in line with our legal obligations. You can ask us to remove your details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your information, to request a portable copy, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any of these rights, email info@noveralanguages.com. If you are in the UK or EU and believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit who can access it. No online transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and handle it responsibly.
